How to Submit a Help Desk ticket for Tech Support

To submit a ticket please follow these steps:

November 1, 2019.

Go to http://helpdesk.kome-shibahara.com/ (link will open a new browser tab or window.)


Click on Submit a Ticket


Click on Computer, Device, Software, & Printer Support

Click on Computer, Laptop, Tablet & Smartphone Support
Click on I need help with a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone

Click on Submit a Ticket

Login if the system asks you to login using your FAU NetID credentials (same information you use to login to MyFAU, Canvas, and other FAU resources)

Fill out the form. Make sure to indicate what technical issue or support request.

When the ticket is submitted you will receive an email acknowledgement that the ticket is in the system. you will also be notified via email once we are able to complete your request.
